HERE'S KRIS AND MATTHEW | THIS IS IT! THE FIRST OFFICIAL INTERNET PHOTO OF KRIS AND OUR 3 WEEK OLD SON MATTHEW
My oldest brother Randy graciously deposits a new joke into my mailbox everyday. I will print the ones that are printable, if there are any, and dedicate this section of the page to "Randy's Feeble Attempt At Humor". Check back often for your daily dose of laughter! Incidentally, the picture here has nothing to do with Randy's personal hygiene, rather, it is a statement towards the general quality of his jokes! Here is the first attempt; > Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson went on a camping trip. After a good meal and a bottle of wine they lay down for the night, and went to sleep. Some hours later, Holmes awoke and nudged his faithful friend. "Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see."Watson replied, "I see millions and millions of stars So what does that tell you?", asked Sherlock. Watson pondered for a minute. "Astronomically, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, I observe that Saturn is in Leo. Horologically, I deduce that the time is approximately a quarter past three. Theologically, I can see that God is all powerful and that we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, I suspect that we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What does it tell YOU, Holmes?" > Holmes was silent for a minute, then spoke. "Watson, you idiot. Someone has stolen our tent!" | JOKE OF THE DAY
CHEF WAYNE'S CHOICE RECIPE |
Because eating great food is my favorite pastime (note the waistline) and I am a closet "Chef Wannabe", I have reserved this section for my favorite dishes. I will include ideas from my other brother Norm, who shares the same enthusiasm for both food AND the culinary arts as me, and favorite classics that we have made even better. If you check at the right time you may be lucky enough to pick up some tips on canning the fall harvest and maybe even a recipe idea from the soon to be famous BACKYARD KETTLE COMPANY. tm.
